Delivery and Returns

Are you buying for a gift?

We can send your purchase directly to the recipient of the gift for no extra charge and can also include a short message of your choice.

To do this please ensure that you use their address as the shipping address and include your message in the box at checkout.

As all invoices are sent via email we will not include an invoice in your parcel.

We also sell gift boxes! They are available to purchase alongside our jewellery items. PLEASE NOTE: All items in the affordable elegance range come in a black leatherette gift box as standard so no gift box is required! 

Shipping Charges UK

We aim to be as cost effective and fair on our pricing as possible, therefore, we have a reduced postage rating for up to two items from our ‘Books’ category- including all devotionals and journals.

Up to two books: £1.49. Dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

All other items: £3.99. Delivered via MyHermes.

Next Day Delivery is available- please email prior to purchase to get a quote as there may be a supplement required to ensure your delivery arrives on time. Please note that a signature is normally required with this service. 

Europe

Please select this option if you live within the EU, if not then please select ‘Rest of the World’ at checkout.

We aim to be as cost effective as possible, however, we also want to ensure that your items are delivered to you as soon as possible and that your items do not get lost in the post. Therefore, we deliver all parcels via a tracked courier. Again- we want our pricing to be fair, therefore we have a reduced rate for up to two items from our ‘Books’ category- including all devotionals and journals.

Up to two books: £9.99. Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. 3-5 working days delivery aim from dispatch date.

All other items: £19.99. Sent via Courier. All parcels will be tracked and will need to be signed for. Expected to arrive within 5 working days from dispatch date. Sometimes there are delays due to problems outside of our control. Therefore items may take longer than expected to arrive. However, you will have access to a tracking number so you can see where your parcel is up to.  

‘Rest of the World’*

We aim to be as cost effective as possible, however, we also want to ensure that your items are delivered to you as soon as possible and that your items do not get lost in the post. Therefore, we deliver all parcels via a tracked courier. Again- we want our pricing to be fair, therefore we have a reduced rate for up to two items from our ‘Books’ category- including all devotionals and journals

All other items: £24.99. Sent via Courier. All parcels will be tracked and will need to be signed for. Expected to arrive within 10 working days from dispatch date. Sometimes there are delays due to problems outside of our control. Therefore items may take longer than expected to arrive. However, you will have access to a tracking number so you can see where your parcel is up to.

*Please note that there may be times when there are no delivery options available to us to get your item to you safely. In these extreme circumstances we will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed and give you a full refund as soon as possible.

KCJ Returns Policy

RETURNS: We wish you to be satisfied with the item you have purchased. However, if the item arrives and is faulty, not as described or has been damaged in transit- we ask you to inform us within 5 working days so a refund can be issued or a replacement can be sent. We ask that you retain packaging and provide us with photos of damaged goods where applicable.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to return the item. Any items that are not required must be returned in a new and resalable condition in the original packaging with all parts included. It is up to the buyer to pay for the return postage in these circumstances. Please contact us via email and we will provide you with the returns information. We will issue a refund on receipt of the returned goods once we have confirmed that they are in resalable condition. If they do not meet the above requirements, we may only offer a partial refund. We expect to refund within 5 working days from receipt of returned goods.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email before leaving adverse feedback so we can attempt to resolve any issues you may have experienced.
